Maria Penn is a contemporary abstract artist.
She is ( a Master of Economics) and is a self-taught painter based in Germany. Her work portraits exposed human forms, that strikingly permeate the painting. Their role is cardinal.
Her imageries tell their personal stories, always vulnerable and tense in their daily social life. In her paintings, she depicts modern humans in a permanent clash with societal rules, whilst the meantime, accepting behavioral reconciliation and living by social norms.
She is inspired by the contrast and opposition of colors, so comparable to human relationships, their deep connections, and interpersonal conflicts. She is impressed by our only so sincere and unique reaction to each of us, pursuing social distancing and provocative demonstrations.
